- Photos and videos from meetings (with your consent - for promoting our awesome community)
- Website usage data (to make sure our digital presence doesn't suck)
Meeting Recordings
Heads up about our Zoom meetings! 🎥
- We record our club meetings for member learning and development
- Recordings are shared only with current club members
- They're stored securely in our club's Google Drive
- Members can use recordings for self-evaluation and learning
- Recordings are kept for 6 months, then deleted
- If you're uncomfortable being recorded, you can turn off your camera
